Absolutely brilliant experience with this company. It’s always a daunting experience buying a new car but these guys really do make the whole process easy. They are really laid back and not pushy at all. They leave you to come to them if you need advice. It was the owner Ryan that really went above and beyond when supplying a vehicle for my daughter who is a student at Leeds University. The cars are good quality and the owner is nothing short of honest. Absolutely lovely guy. Great warranty packages at unbelievable prices compared to other places we visited. We had an independent mechanic check the vehicle for us, he found absolutely no faults and said the dealerships prices are extremely fair. They have their own in house body shop and mechanic on site. Literally a one stop shop when purchasing a car from an honest and independent local dealership. Well done guys, will definitely visit you again when we need a vehicle.

The car was advertised on Autotrader for a very good price and looked extremely clean. I arranged to view the car the same day and arrived 30 minutes later. The car was on display and ready for me to test drive. They told me to take as much time as I needed looking over the car and take the car out for a drive. No pressure. I decided after driving the car this was the best out of the 5 Alfa Romeo’s I had looked at and put a deposit down to secure the car. Ryan went through all the maintenance and service history with me and 2 days later I picked the car up. I got my AA cover the same day and warranty the next day via email. Drove away very happy with a great car and dealing with such friendly people. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from RB Car Company.

Drove from Somerset to Leeds to view a car for our daughter who has just passed her test. Met by Ryan (the gent who owns the business), was given a warm welcome. Viewed the Vauxhall Corsa which was absolutely as described. We have had so many bad experiences with garages listed on the auto trader but Ryan has restored our faith in used car dealerships. He is absolutely honest and offered impartial advice on all the cars in his group stock. We were given 12 months AA cover which gave us piece of mind as well as an extended comprehensive warranty. I cannot thank the team at RB car company enough. Our daughter is loving life on the road and it’s all thanks to Ryan. This dealership is worthy of 10 stars and i seldom give reviews, but given my excellent experience thought its only fair.

Visited RB Car Company today and spoke with Ryan about a car we were interested in. Having driven up from Lincolnshire we were keen for it to be ideal for us, and it was. Ryan was great, gave us the keys to the car to have a look before we took it for a test drive. We liked the no pressure approach and giving us time to mull over our decision which made us feel very comfortable. The car was perfect for us, so we went ahead. We wanted to discuss the warranty options as I was a little unsure if it was worth it, but again Ryan was great and explained all the options with no pressure to purchase. In the end we did purchase the warranty as well. Just driven our car home nearly 100 miles and couldn't be happier with it, would definitely recommend Ryan and team!

Bought a nice polo from the garage and the owner was very easy to deal with and the communication was excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend them as a garage. My step son has had a small issue with the battery but the garage quickly replaced the battery without any problems. Definitely would recommend them.

Answered all of my questions and when I found an issue with the car he immediately had it rectified and ready for collection within a couple of days.
